Our CEO - David Eshoo
Message from our Founder
From our inception, I was drawn to how business constantly evolves into new arenas, especially into exciting new arenas like AI. In today’s fast-moving world, innovation doesn’t happen without Information Technology. IT is the engine that powers progress. But when systems falter, everything can come to a standstill. That’s why we don’t just react, we anticipate. Our Journey is to stay ahead of the curve. We ‘Think Ahead,’ responding swiftly and precisely to keep our customers moving forward seamlessly. Client First is how we recognize that and honor the urgency of our customer’s IT requirements.
Long before I established Helping Hand IT Services in 1998, I developed a strong work ethic working in my father’s grocery store. The way my father communicated with clients, getting to know them and really caring about their wants and needs, left an indelible impression on me.
I went on to apply this work ethic to everything I did, like achieving Gold Eagle Scout status, and spending my early years building and racing cars. I always enjoyed working with my mind and hands, which led me to work as a toolmaker for a manufacturing company for 28 years. There I learned lessons in teamwork, leadership, and what constitutes excellence in business. People also discovered I had a knack for computer systems and soon, it became a side business for serving friends and family.
I founded Helping Hand with the love and support of my wife Lorrie, who is now retired from the business. As partners in industry just as in life, we complemented each other and as I tended the business side, she helped shape our existing, positive corporate culture with her warmth and desire to help others.
I still wake up each day, looking forward to personally visiting clients, conquering the challenges of designing new computer systems and putting down my pen when a team member needs my assistance. We help our clients with day-to-day operations and come to the rescue during those dreaded periods of downtime.
My goal has always been to help our customers sleep easily, with a peace of mind knowing their technology is safe with us. We are honored to do it all, keep you Client First!
We invite you to experience the Helping Hand difference, where people come first, and technology follows. Our Team looks forward to the opportunity to show you exactly what we mean, “Life’s Always Better with a Helping Hand.”
Respectfully,
David B. Eshoo
