I’ve been with the company since 2012 and enjoy — offering clients a Helping Hand. I have a degree in IT and I’m also VMWare and VTSP-certified. I joined Helping Hand from Navistar, where I worked as a Tier I Technical Support Specialist. I appreciate the opportunity to oversee the day-to-day operations of the support side of our business I think our greatest strength at Helping Hand is our team mentality, which keeps us ahead of the competition.

As the lead project coordinator at Helping Hand, I have been keeping the lines of communication open between our clients and our staff since joining to company in 2016. My background in business operations and human resources has equipped me with the skills to go the extra mile that separates Helping Hand from other IT companies. When you call Helping Hand, I make sure you get the technical support you need; whether its server support, training, network assessment or an IT audit. I hold a degree in computer networking and I am certified for VMware, VCA and DCV. I joined the Helping Hand family in 2012. Outside of work I enjoy woodworking and spending time with my beautiful family: my wife Jessica, and children Katheryn, Jameson and Katelyn.
