Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with the service you receive, please let us know within 14 days of your service date.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and professionally, including re-performing the service at no additional cost, if necessary, provided the issue is not due to client or third-party negligence or misuse.
14-Day Service Warranty
All repairs and services are covered by a 14-day warranty. If the original issue reoccurs within 14 days and is not caused by misuse or external interference, we will re-perform the service free of charge.

Beyond 14 Days
For issues reported after the 14-day warranty period, our standard labor rates will apply.
